Reverend Rali Weaver was the first female minister of the First Church and Parish of Dedham, MA and will be the first female minister of UU Falmouth. She describes herself as a behaviorist and strives to approach every problem with compassion, curiosity, and caring. She believes that churches are more sustainable when they learn to collaborate with their surrounding communities.
