Tokyo 2020 is fast approaching and in the latest episode of Gemili & Poz the guys are joined by England and Lions star Anthony Watson.


Adam says he is "very excited and in a good place" as thoughts turn to hitting the track in Tokyo. Andrew, meanwhile, says his prep has gone "really well".


The guys reflect on the news that fans won't be permitted in Tokyo - and the recent Gateshead meet which saw the crowd in attendance strike up a new song for Adam...


But onto our guest, Anthony Watson, who we grabbed for a chat before he headed out to South Africa...
