There’s a common myth that experienced business leaders are dinosaurs from a bygone era, so “of course” it’s inevitable they will get disrupted by younger, more diverse, more tech-savvy, “new” thinkers. There are many experienced, established leaders who do have the right mindset to lead now, and are more than willing to adapt to the new way of doing business.
