Julian klausner in conversation with Chioma Nnadi

Julian Klausner is the creative director of Dries Van Noten, appointed in December 2024 to succeed the Belgian label’s namesake designer. He is emerging as one of fashion’s most promising new creative leaders, guiding Dries Van Noten into its next chapter with elegance, innovation and emotional depth. At Fashion Talks 26 Chioma Nnadi (head of editorial content of British Vogue) asked Julian to describe his first day as the new creative director of the leading brand. This led to a warm and candid conversation about vision, the house’s identity, and what it means to be a Belgian designer.
