Fantasy Five Rings

Our four competitors in the FFR Football Quiz have all had their first matches of the tournament, but now we have reached those tricky second ties. This week, England's X-It and his Stunning Slades team look to follow-up their opening day victory against Australia's Ben Waterworth from the podcast Off The Podium as their team, Chairyland United, hopes to bounce back from defeat last week. Who will in this Ashes clash?

It's matchday 2 in the FFR Football Quiz and we bring on the other two competitors in our tournament, Ben Waterworth representing Australia & the USA's own Connor Bunnell. And if you are listening to this on release, it also happens to be the day these two nations face off in the World Cup. So, a football quiz and a football match, time to get this rivalry going!

The 2026 Eurovision Song Contest is in the rear view mirror but we're not finished with it just yet, as we're joined by Harry Dowdle & James Barber to review everything that happened on the night. Before that though you finally have a chance to listen to our 4 guests ideal Eurovision songs that they described during the previous 2 episodes and by the end of this one we will know who's song has been voted the best!

We're back for Part 2 of the 2026 Fantasy Five SINGS Eurovision specials and it's also FFR's 50th episode! Joining us this time are last years ideal Eurovision song winner Harry Dowdle, looking to repeat the feat, and then we chat with musician Alan Horner. With Harry, we review the Eurovision alternative from last year, Intervision, and with Alan we discuss what he enjoys about the contest and his annual Eurovision barbeque. It's a fun couple of conversations.
