Fantasy Five Rings

It's been basically a week of the 2026 Winter Olympics and we are ready to start talking about what's happened (although it was recorded just before Great Britain started winning all their Gold medals). I am joined by brand new guest David de Guzman to chat pretty much everything that has happened between Day -2 to half of Day 7 of Milan-Cortina 2026, covering a wide range of subjects from Lindsey Vonn's horror crash to the Olympic Village running out of condoms.

The Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics are underway with a spectacular Opening Ceremony. Me and Sheldon the Rapper sat down the next day to discuss all the important points such as Taylor Swift recording her new video in Croydon & how a Cortina Milan sounds like a car. Important stuff like that. We do also chat a lot about the actual Opening Ceremony too of course.

The Winter Olympics are right around the corner and to get in the mood for it I am joined by certified Canadian & co-host of the podcast Off The Podium, Colin Hilding, to preview the upcoming games in Milan & Cortina. We both list the top 5 things we are looking forward to over the next few weeks, it ranges from the obvious (NHL) to the very specific (one particular part of the Opening Ceremony) and hopefully it'll get you in the mood too!
