We have hit the final episode of series 3 as we continue with the End of Series Game, once again joined by the awesome Sheldon the Rapper. Who will reign supreme at the top of our medal tables? It's time to find out. Plus a couple of quizzes and other fun stuff!

We have reached that time again, the funding is all in place for the end of series game and so now it's time to play it!
