FAITH@WORK FELLOWSHIP (Asia Seminary for Ministry)
EVERYDAY COMMISSION - PROCESS, WINNING THE LOST
Our mission is clear: to glorify God by building a community of Christ-like disciples through worship, instruction, fellowship, and evangelism. Guided by the Great Commission in Matthew 28:18–20, this episode is dedicated to equipping believers with the wisdom, passion, and tools to win souls for Christ. We address fears in evangelism, offer practical strategies to build relationships, and explore the transforming power of the Gospel through personal testimonies and biblical truths.
As ambassadors for Christ (2 Corinthians 5:20), let us journey together in this lifelong mission to share the Good News, turning many to righteousness and shining like stars forever (Daniel 12:3). Join us as we deepen our faith, overcome challenges, and live out our calling with purpose. A Prayer that Moves Heaven (Daniel 19:1-19)
45:18|Preaching from Daniel 9:1–19, Br Joshua Lim taught that true prayer begins with Scripture, humility, confession, and seeking God’s glory. Using Augustine’s conversion and Daniel’s intercession as examples, believers should watch, pray, repent, and stand in the gap for the church’s revival. God answers faithful, Scripture-aligned prayer, just as He moved Cyrus to restore Israel.
Mind of Christ in Demonstration
01:09:04|Rev Dr Goh Seng Fong preached on *having the mind of Christ* (Phil 2:5–11). He taught that attitude springs from inward thoughts that shape our destiny—what we sow in thought becomes action, habit, character, and life. Believers must renew their minds and bring every thought into obedience to Christ, replacing negativity with godly thinking. Jesus showed a humble attitude: nothing to prove, lose, or hide. Knowing His identity and mission, He emptied Himself, obeyed unto death, and was exalted above all.
Attitude of Jesus
01:12:51|Rev Dr Goh Seng Fong preached on the attitude of Jesus, drawn from John 13:1–17. Jesus, knowing He came from and would return to the Father, humbled Himself to serve—washing His disciples’ feet in love. True attitude springs from a renewed heart, shaping character and conduct. Believers should have nothing to prove, lose, or hide, finding worth and security in Christ. With this identity, Christians can love unconditionally, serve sacrificially, reject pride and hypocrisy, and live with joy, humility, and eternal hope.
Fruit of the Holy Spirit in Community
01:16:25|Rev Dr Goh Seng Fong preached from Acts 2 on the fruit of the Holy Spirit in community, emphasizing that Christianity is a living relationship with God and others. The early church modeled steadfast devotion to four pillars—the apostles’ doctrine, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayers. He highlighted the Spirit’s work through unity, generosity, and service, warning against hypocrisy and division, and urging believers to build small-group fellowship, live Spirit-filled lives, and let God’s Word transform and heal daily.
Be Being Filled by the Hoy Spirit
01:02:00|Rev Dr Goh Seng Fong taught on being filled with the Holy Spirit—the third Person of the Trinity, heaven’s throne gift sent by the Father and the Son to dwell in believers. The Spirit comforts, teaches, empowers, and glorifies Christ. Believers must die daily to self, yield every faculty to His control, live in holiness, and serve in love. True Spirit-filling brings gratitude, obedience, bold witness, joyful worship, unity, and Christ-like transformation for God’s glory.
Faith of God
58:39|Ps Goh preached “Have faith in God” (Mark 11:22), showing faith in action across Asia and at home. Give thanks for God’s protection and open doors. Seek a biblical vision; disciple nationals for nationals. Obey the Great Commission—go, baptize, teach, and build a Christlike community. Risk for Christ; dream big because God is able (Eph 3:20). Refuse comfort, control, and comparison. Persevere—don’t quit when criticized. Walk in the Spirit, set bold goals, and say, “Here am I, Lord; send me.”
Symbols of the Holy Spirit
01:16:07|Rev Dr Goh Seng Fong testified of God’s protection during riots in Nepal and the Spirit’s mighty work training leaders across Asia, with Bhutan next. Give thanks for His preservation. Pray for the gospel to spread through house churches. Welcome the Holy Spirit as God’s precious gift—our Comforter, Seal, and Breath of life. Let Him convict, empower, and transform us from glory to glory. Do not resist His leading. Walk in the Spirit and shine boldly as witnesses for Christ.

Holy Spirit - The Forgotten Person
01:00:25|Ps Goh emphasized the often-forgotten ministry of the Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Trinity, fully God, to be worshipped alongside the Father and the Son. Recognize Him. Worship Him. Submit to Him. Do not seek to “use” the Spirit for miracles—let Him use us. Allow Him to comfort, indwell, empower, and intercede. Follow His leading. Trust His truth. Receive His love. Live in holiness and bear witness to Christ as the Spirit glorifies Jesus through us.
