From a struggling non- music reading clarinetist and saxophonist to an avid gigging guitarist. Paul Warnick went to college and learned to read music and became a wonderful music educator.

Chris Holland grew up in the city and attended a school without a band program. However, he found his group musical outlet in the form of drum and bugle corps. He attended UMASS as a math major, but switched to music ed. After graduating he led the award winning Norwood Public Schools ensembles, but after year four decided to go to law school!! Now he is the CEO of Inspire Arts and the Director of the Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps.

Kyle Spraker has a very unique journey. Started on saxophone and joined a drum and bugle corps in high school so he naturally switched to trumpet. He went to college to be a music ed Major but switched to performance. He loved big band, but became an orchestral trumpeter!
