ADHD nutrition with Becca King

Season 2, Ep. 2

When Becca discovered she had ADHD as an adult, she started to look into the link between her relationship with food and her diagnosis. As a certified nutritionist, she now specialises in helping other adults navigate their own food struggles and find a a healthy, more comfortable relationship with eating.

In this episode Becca opened our eyes to the common struggles that adults with ADHD encounter with dieting, something that is rarely discussed or acknowledged when diagnosed with the condition. It was a fascinating deep dive in to the neurodiverse mind and how the diagnosis adds yet another layer into an individual's complicated relationship with eating.

TW this podcast episode does discuss disordered eating and body image issues.
