Richard Simmons Hollywood Hills mansion, once a sanctuary for the fitness icon, is now on the market for nearly six million dollars less than its original asking price. The colonial-style home, built in 1937, features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a host of luxurious amenities, including a maids suite, swimming pool, pool house, updated kitchen, and music room. Simmons, known for his Sweatin to the Oldies videos and inspiring weight loss journey, lived in the home with his longtime friend and house manager, Teresa Reveles. His passing in 2021 was ruled accidental, due to complications from recent falls and heart disease. Despite his withdrawal from public life in 2014, his family spokesperson confirmed in 2022 that he was happy and healthy, living the life he chose.
