Today, I’m joined by a truly inspiring and spiritually aware individual, Eric Miller! Eric is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Clinical Nutritionist, specializing in the area of Functional Medicine. Eric’s unique approach to holistic wellness incorporates methodologies from both Eastern and Western practices and also explores the relationship that yoga and meditation have to scientific-based research. 


Throughout the time he’s spent with clients, he has learned the true impact of what sharing his abilities can bring to each individuals’ life. Particularly as someone who is so grounded in meditation, Eric shares his insights on how the practice can be used to grant perspective, create space for reflection, and change the neural pathways in your brain through the process of neuroplasticity.  


In this episode, we discuss what functional medicine entails, what Eric took away from his time living on an Ashram, as well as his incredible journey with surviving cancer and how he used his knowledge of spirituality and medicine to overcome that challenging period in his life.
