My Favourite Interviews | Caroline Hirons

Caroline Hirons has the uncanny and rare ability to make you feel as though you are capable of anything and can achieve whatever you set your mind to, which is why I speak to her often and appreciate her friendship hugely. When things were tough during lockdown, she was one of the first people I wanted to get on the podcast so she could share that energy with a global audience who might just need to plug into a little bit of what Caroline has got.

If you're hearing it again, I hope it makes you feel amazing and if you're hearing it for the first time, I hope you love it!
