This week on Elks 101 we are lucky to have Elks Head Coach Mark Kilam join us in studio. He tells us about when he realized that coaching was for him and dealing with knowing that coaches are only hired to be fired eventually. We go over the move from Calgary to Edmonton and how that affected his family and how he deals with balancing life and football. He talks about his coaching philosophy and prioritizing high character players on the team.
