Run for Orla: Love, Loss & Running for a Cause with Eamon & Una Shealy - Eat Sleep Run Repeat

Ep. 236

This is a very special episode of Eat Sleep Run Repeat.

We’re joined by Eamon and Una Shealy to talk about Run for Orla, an event created in memory of their beautiful young daughter, Orla, who sadly lost her battle with cancer.

This is an incredibly raw and emotional conversation. You can hear the heartbreak in Eamon and Una’s voices as they talk about Orla, their family, the devastating impact of losing a child, and how they’ve found a way to keep her memory alive through running.

Run for Orla is about bringing the running community together to remember Orla and, most importantly, to raise money for Camp Quality, helping support children facing cancer and their families.

Their message is simple: they want as many runners as possible to get involved.

So if you run, walk, jog, or simply want to support an incredible cause, please consider registering for Run for Orla. Every runner helps create more awareness, more support and more funds for families going through what Eamon and Una have experienced.

Run for Orla. Run for Orla’s memory. Run for families affected by cancer.

Please listen, share this episode with your running friends and help us get the word out.

Register. Run. Remember.
