It's National Carers Week, which shines a light on the more than 500-thousand people who care for loved ones at home.
Among them is Sinead Tighe from Tallaght, who is a full-time carer to her son Daniel.
She and Catherine Cox from Family Carers Ireland joined Elizabeth in studio.
