Farewell to Dublin's lockdown legend – beloved fox Sam passes away

Sam the fox, who stole hearts as he roamed the city’s empty streets during the pandemic, has sadly passed away.
He was known for strutting through Trinity College, Grafton Street, and Temple Bar throughout the lockdown.
Sam became a local legend and was even immortalised in poetry, through writings from the late Derek Mahon.
