Dublin's newest top Garda vows to tackle street crime

Dublin's top cop says tackling street crime is his number one target.


Assistant Commissioner Paul Cleary has vowed to crack-down on crime - by instructing his officers to adopt a pro-arrest policy in a bid to make the capital safer.
