In challenging times, we look at what might happen if a vaccine is developed and if it would be widely distributed, given the current isolationist politics in countries such as the U.S. Plus take a look at what the situation might have been - for better or for worse - if we had been facing this crisis 10 years ago, during the height of globalism as it was.
