Drunk Women Solving Crime

227 Katie Pritchard's Extensive Knowledge

Season 1, Ep. 227

In today's fine episode of DWSC, comedian Katie Pritchard donned her authentic detective's jacket to help us get to the bottom of a true crime, but not before she revealed her own tale of criminal woe, which could have been the time her family was burgled, OR that the fridge freezer was IN HER BEDROOM - you decide.

After a hefty discussion on the pros and cons of having white electrical goods in the room where you sleep, the team then solve a historical crime that takes us into the 'spirals of evil' which terrorised the people of Sheffield and that isn't easy to do!

We then hear from a listener who may have the perpetrator of their crime living under the same roof... can the drunk detectives get to the bottom of that one? Listen to find out.

The Drunk Women are LIVE in 2023, when they are back with their London Residency in February, March, April, May and June at 21 Soho - for full details go to 21Soho (21-soho.com)

  • 292. 292 DWSC LIVE ZOOM: With Danny Robins

    58:50
The Patrons came out in force to join Hannah and Taylor for a live zoom to be remembered, as the king of paranormal investigation aka, Danny Robins joined the force for the occasion. And as this is a gem of an ep, we couldn't wait until Men's Month to unleash this story of sportsmanship under extreme circumstances to the world.Plus, Danny himself also shared a couple of crime related stories from his own life that possibly show he's paying more council tax than anyone else on his street, or that the local authorities are BIG fans of Danny's work. And the evening's detections were also rounded off nicely with a story provided by one of the online watchers... which isn't as creepy as it sounds. To get an invite to future live zooms and a whole lot more, check out the DWSC Patreon.
