In this episode, I explore some of the misconceptions behind mental health and therapy with Dr Sula Windgassen. She’s a NHS Health Psychologist, experienced in Mindfulness and CBT. Dr Sula is a published author who has completed a PhD focussing on the use of CBT in treating patients with IBS. She has an incredibly engaging Instagram page where she goes by @thehealthpsychologist and frequenly hosts IG lives. I’m very excited to discuss the myths behind mental health and therapy, with a focus on people living with long term conditions
