Inducted into the Human Resources Development Hall of Fame, Jack Zenger, is the co-founder and CEO of Zenger-Folkman, a firm that increases the effectiveness of leaders. Jack taught at the University of Southern California and Stanford Graduate School of Business. 

He received a doctorate in business admin from USC. Jack was a trustee and Board Chairman for the Utah Valley University Board of Trustees, and just completed ten years as a member of the Board of Regents for the State of Utah. Jack Zenger has received ATD’s “Lifetime Achievement in Workplace Learning and Performance” award, and has been inducted into the Human Resources Development Hall of Fame. He's authored or co-authored 14 books, over 150 articles and blogs, and is a regular contributor to Harvard Business Review and Forbes.
