Bryan Falchuk: Do a Day at a time [audio]

Have you become the disengaged employee of your own life?

There’s aways another goal, another target to hit, but secretly many leaders, many a-type driven individuals find themselves asking “Is this it, is this really living?”

Well according to our guest today each of us can let go of goals that are not our own and find our true motivation by simply learning how to “Do Today!”

My guest today has an inspiring story; Bryan Falchuk went from being obese and depressed to running marathons.

He’s faced nearly losing his wife to illness while their young son watched. He became vegan in just one day. He got his masters from a top school and rose to a senior executive position in a successful business.

And now Bryan's a best-selling author, has spoken at TEDx events, and has written articles for many major publications like Inc. Magazine, the Chicago Tribune and LA Times.

He’s transformed his life and developed an approach to help others do the same that he teaches in his best-selling book “Do a Day”, and he’s here today to share that philosophy with us.
