Visitwichita.com

o  Who: Local shoppers supporting local businesses

o  What: Spreading local cheer loudly for all to hear during the holiday season by collecting stickers from local businesses on a #SBSICT passport book.

o  Where: Small businesses along Douglas from Delano, Downtown, Old Town & the Douglas Design District

o    When: Small Business Saturday, November 24 through Saturday, December 15th

o  Goal: Drive traffic into local shops this holiday season

o  How it works: Local businesses in the heart of our city wishing to participate are asked to donate an item (merchandise or gift card) for gift baskets used to encourage the shop small movement. #SBSICT #ShopSmallICT passports will be available for shoppers to collect stickers when making a purchase at area local businesses. Upon visiting 10 different businesses and obtaining stickers for their passports, shoppers use their passport as an entry into a drawing for merchandise collected from the small businesses that make Wichita great. Multiple entries are allowed for shoppers that frequent the participating local shops between Small Business Saturday, November 24th and Saturday, December 15th. The drawing for gift baskets will be held on Monday, December 17th.
