Bridget from season 1 breaks down the DMB history segment that covers 2009-2010 and our The Way I Heard It (TWIHI) song for the week is Grace Is Gone and was recorded by Eli from season 1!GUEST INFO & NOTES:Don't burn the day away Twitter: @pantalanagapam Farm Aid@FarmAid is a nonprofit whose mission is to keep family farmers on the land that generations of their forefathers farmed. Did you know 70% of the US is kept safe by the efforts of Volunteer Firefighters. If you see one thank them for the countless hours spent away from their families while they train or respond to emergency situations. Without the services they provide as first responders we would see an exponential rise in loss of lives while waiting for someone to come from a larger city or municipality. Thanks to all of the DMB community for just being a great group of people. Our passion for the music of this band is why we come......the DMB community is the reason we stay.

The DMB history segment will cover 2001-2003 and our The Way I Heard It (TWIHI) song for the week is The Dreaming Tree and was recorded by Eli and Jesse from season 1!GUEST INFO & NOTESTwitter Handle: @chuck_4 First, go like and follow Will Evans Band and Barefoot Truth on twitter @willevansmusic and facebook. That is the band I shoutout at the end of the podcast. They are an amazing band, all their music is on apple music and spotify and youtube. A mix of john butler trio, dave matthews, oar, and dispatch. A local band from where I live, theyre amazing in concert. My Top 10 DMB songs for a first time listener, in no order: Ants Marching (Album: Under the table and dreaming), Gravedigger (Acoustic, Album: Some Devil), Grace is Gone (Busted Stuff), Samurai Cop (Album: Come Together), The Song That Jane Likes (Album: The Gorge 2004), Warehouse (Album: Live at Folsom Field 2002), Eh Hee (Album Live at Radio City), Two Step (Album: Live at Central Park 2003), Save Me (Live Trax Vol. 29 2014), Dont Drink The Water (Album: Before these crowded streets). A few of my favorite deep tracks for the heavy Dave listeners: Linus and Lucy (Live Trax Vol 1: Centrum), Spoon (Live Trax Vol. 28: John Paul Jones Arena), Recently (Live at Red Rocks 1995), Minarets (Live Trax Vol. 7: Hampton), Smooth Rider (Weekend On The Rocks), #41* I put this song on purely for Victor Wooten Bass solo around the 6:30 mark. It is unreal. I suggest you watch it on youtube to truly appreciate his skills and flow on the bass (Live in Chicago 12.19.98). Everyday (The Gorge 2004), The Stone and Grace is Gone (Live Trax Vol. 22: Montage Mountain). Even deeper track -> Work It Out - Jurassic 5 feat. Dave Matthews. Other than that, get out there and explore the live trax lists. I just recently discovered the Live Trax Vol 22, and it is amazing. The Live Trax Vol. 29 is great as well, heavy horns on that one.
