Distracted: ADHD
45. The Body Dysmorphia Expert: "Prepare safety outfits!" ft. Alexia Harrison
•
This week we're joined by Alexia Harrison, counsellor, psychotherapist and eating disorder specialist, to further discuss body dysmorphia and the crossover with ADHD.
Having suffered with body dysmorphia herself, as well as also having ADHD, Alexia provides some real, honest and first hand insight into these issues.
We absolutely loved talking with Alexia and we hope it can help you too, either if you’re suffering with this yourself or know someone who is.
TW: There is some mention of eating disorders in this episode
