The other shoe dropped, so to speak, and things are different this time. Plus, trying to navigate people who are nervous about your changes.

Let’s talk about the lead up to Nerdtacular 2026, and all that it might mean. Some stuff to unpack here.

Trying to find that center during all this is tricky. Experiencing the pileup, and figuring out how to deal with it.
