This week Andrew meets with Scott Wellcome who is Risk Manager and grain sourcing for Goodmills - Europe's largest wheat miller with approximately 2.8 million tonnes of wheat capacity. Scott gives an insight in to what is involved in risk management including price, cash flow, cybercrime, liability and reputation risk management. They talk about the risks that are about this year, there is some footie chat with some varying recall on events and we hear how farmers are all risk managers.
