After 20 years in Italy, Elaine Trigiani has designed experiences that bring Italian foods and culture to people all over the world. Today on Deep South Dining Malcolm, Carol, and Elaine are talking pasta, and wine, and will even taste test olive oil. Elaine has managed to keep her Mississippi roots even while cooking in her Italian kitchen and bridges the gap with talk of mustard greens and okra.
