Part TwoCW: this episode discuses fire, trauma, and sad animals.This interview took place while Bonnie was still in shock staying at her friend's house. Part 3This is the second conversation in the series of connections that would become “Welcome to Earth” the new Death Valley Girls record. This conversation is between Amy, Bonnie and Tommy from July 2025 around 7 months after the fire. Bonnie could feel that Tommy was getting ready to leave her body so she wanted to check in and see how Tommy was feeling.Major CW : This session takes place 7 months after the fire. The weekend before Bonnie went on a trip alone to Sequoia to try and clear her mind to see if she could hear what Tommy needed. Part 5This the fourth conversation in the series of connections that became welcome to the new Death Valley girls record. This conversation is between Amy, Bonnie her new pup, Spider and Tommy from May 2026. In this episode we get to know Spider and help to prepare her for when Bonnie goes out on tour. This has been the most difficult year I’ve ever had, and I gotta say, EMDR therapy saved my life. I’ve wanted to do EMDR for many years to resolve ptsd from SA, but was always on tour, and no therapist thought it would be safe, to start until I had a few consecutive months off. I started this therapy in March, and am genuinely an entirely new person today. It guided me to the root of my trauma and helped me process it, mentally and physically. It profoundly, and deeply transformed me, and allowed me to learn to love, forgive, and trust myself. If you have trauma or ptsd, I cannot suggest anything more!!
