Patricia Wheeler is writer, storyteller, veteran Moth producer, and storytelling academic historian of sorts. They talk about Detroit, working with The Moth, and outdoor storytelling events. Dame loves outdoor festivals with porta-potties...not.

Vanessa Shields is a writer, poet, show runner, and community organizer from just over the border in Canada. Dame just appeared at her Mouth Piece Storytelling show in Windsor, so she invited Vanessa to Detroit for a talk. They talk practice vaginas, storytelling, and a frightening TEDx experience.

Dame talks to Detroit's Chief Storyteller, Aaron K. Foley. Yes, that's an actual job title. They talk bike lanes, neighborhood names, and of course Detroit. Lots of Detroit.
