  • 9. NHL Fantasy Waiver Wire: 10 Players to Add NOW | Week 2

    38:56||Season 12, Ep. 9
    Waiver Wire Wednesday is BACK with another batch of fantasy hockey pickups! 🏒 After several of last week’s targets delivered in a big way, Brock Seguin and Beebs Bondy return with more under-rostered players who could give your fantasy team an early-season boost. This week, the guys break the waiver wire down into five different roster-percentage tiers — from players available in roughly half of leagues all the way down to deep sleepers rostered in fewer than 10%. 🔥 Luke Evangelista — A preseason breakout candidate who has landed in an excellent situation in New Jersey. His increased ice time, shot volume and role in the Devils’ top six and power play make him one of the most intriguing early-season adds. 📈 William Eklund — Increased shot volume, over 18 minutes per night and encouraging underlying numbers have Brock buying into another level of production this season. 🚨 Jared McCann — Stop overlooking him! McCann continues to provide consistent goal scoring, shot volume and power-play production while remaining available in far too many leagues. 🛡️ Zayne Parekh — The Flames may be struggling, but Parekh is firing the puck at an incredible rate and remains one of the most interesting young defensemen available on the waiver wire. 🦆 Mikael Granlund — Heavy minutes, PP1 usage and a strong role in Anaheim’s top six make the veteran an intriguing option for managers searching for reliable production. 🍁 Jack Roslovic — Playing alongside Auston Matthews and Kirill Marchenko gives Roslovic immediate fantasy appeal, and the early underlying numbers from that line have been extremely encouraging. 🐙 Viktor Arvidsson — Dylan Larkin’s return could be exactly what Arvidsson needs. With top-six minutes, power-play usage and his trademark shot volume, the veteran winger remains heavily under-rostered. ⚔️ Jack Quinn — Brock is ALL IN. Quinn is averaging over 20 minutes per game while generating an absurd number of shot attempts, giving him legitimate breakout potential if the usage continues. 🔵 Kent Johnson — Still available in the vast majority of leagues, Johnson is getting an opportunity alongside Adam Fantilli and Matthew Knies and could be a sneaky option in deeper formats. 🦆 Tristan Luneau — Looking for a deep-league defenseman? Luneau’s massive early-season workload makes him one of the most intriguing young blueliners available in under 10% of leagues. Whether you need an immediate starter, a potential breakout player or a deep sleeper before the rest of your league catches on, there are waiver-wire options available at every ownership level. Plus, Brock and Beebs explain which early-season performances they’re buying into, why shot volume and ice time are so important when evaluating potential breakouts, and which players could have staying power on your roster. Next week, the guys will also turn their attention to BUY-LOW candidates as the early-season sample starts to grow. 👍 LIKE the video and SUBSCRIBE to the DFO Fantasy & Betting channel for waiver-wire pickups, streaming targets, buy-low candidates and fantasy hockey advice all season long! #FantasyHockey #NHLFantasy #NHL
  • 8. NHL Fantasy Week 2: Best Streaming Targets & Strength of Schedule

    22:40||Season 12, Ep. 8
    Week 2 of the NHL Fantasy season is here, and Brock Seguin breaks down the strength of schedule and the best streaming targets to help maximize your lineup all week long.With the updated Daily Faceoff Strength of Schedule tool factoring in light nights, matchups, back-to-backs and projected starting goalies, Brock identifies which teams offer the most valuable streaming opportunities and which players could give your fantasy roster an early-season boost.🐧 Pittsburgh Penguins: Tommy Novak headlines the Penguins targets after opening the season with four points in two games while earning a role on PP1. Nic Robertson is getting an opportunity alongside Sidney Crosby and Rickard Rakell, while Ben Kindel offers deeper-league upside with his current power-play role.🦅 Washington Capitals: Pierre-Luc Dubois stands out as Brock’s preferred Capitals streamer thanks to his top-six role and PP1 usage. Ryan Leonard still brings plenty of shot, goal and hit upside, but his early-season ice time is worth monitoring, while Aliaksei Protas and Ilya Protas come with more questions surrounding their usage.✈️ Winnipeg Jets: Cole Perfetti continues to look like one of the most intriguing early-season fantasy adds. His increased ice time, huge jump in shot attempts and role on Winnipeg’s top power play could give him legitimate season-long staying power alongside Mark Scheifele and Kyle Connor.🚨 Ottawa Senators: Shane Pinto could be one of the best early-week streaming targets after an impressive season debut that included over 20 minutes of ice time, four shots and four hits. Brock also looks at Thomas Chabot as a potential option on defence with Jake Sanderson sidelined.Brock also lays out one of his favourite streaming strategies for Week 2: use an Ottawa player for the Senators’ Monday-Tuesday games before potentially pivoting to Washington for Wednesday, Friday and Sunday — maximizing one roster spot for as many as five games.Whether you’re looking for immediate production, trying to maximize games played or searching for an early-season breakout before the rest of your league catches on, this episode has you covered.👍 LIKE the video and SUBSCRIBE to the DFO Fantasy & Betting channel for fantasy hockey advice, waiver wire targets, weekend streamers and more all season long!#FantasyHockey #NHLFantasy #NHL
