For this episode, Hannah & Sofia were invited to the ITV Cymru studios in Cardiff. They were given a tour of the studios and were given an insight and demonstration of how a news bulletin is constructed. They then had the pleasure of interviewing ITV presenter Andrew Jones. The whole day was a fantastic experience, and Andrew Jones and the ITV made the CroesyCast team feel very welcome.
Also in this episode, as it is mental health awareness, the team have a discussion on the subject and give tips on how to maintain a healthy brain and mind.
