Episode 841: Nikita Hand's legal team seek injunction to prevent release of CCTV footage

Lawyers for Nikita Hand are seeking an injunction to stop MMA fighter Conor McGregor publishing or disseminating CCTV footage shown during the civil case taken against him which found that he had raped the hairdresser in a Dublin hotel room in 2018.
The release of the footage has been discussed on social media sites of a business associate of McGregor and reposted by him.
Nicola speaks to Niall Donald about what we can expect this week when Justice Alexander Owen’s is due to finalise costs and deal with comments already made by McGregor on social media after the case.
