Episode 814: Kinahan gangster Peadar Keating sentenced at the Old Bailey

Peader Keating was sentenced to four years and eight months at the Old Bailey court yesterday for his role in a gun plot cooked up by his one time boss Thomas ‘Bomber’ Kavanagh. But the Dubliner will be headed back to Portlaoise jail after his brief stint in the UK following his extradition from Ireland. Kavanagh’s son, Jack, has also been sentenced after the court heard he had been drawn into his father’s criminal organisation as he tried to get a reduced sentence for drug crime. Eamon Dillon reports on the cases against the Bomb Squad.
