Dr. Niall Conroy worked in the hospital as a NICU specialist before going to Queensland where he was director of an outbreak control team during Covid. Now he's back in Ireland, teaching at UCC, and recently returned from Sierra Leone where a women's dormitory at Bo Government Hospital has been named in honor of his son.
