Dementia - Eddie Is Heartbroken His Wife Of 50 Years Might Be Moved Far Away

With the closure of Unit 1 In Sarsfields Court, Eddie's wife who lives with dementia will have to be moved. He tells PJ he is afraid she might be moved to a rural unit, leaving him looking for lifts to see the love of his life. PJ also talks to Thomas Gould TD who took up the case and is holding a public meeting about the unit's closure and dementia care Monday 21/9/26 at 7.30pm in Mayfield Community School
