The leaders of the church are to mobilize members and equip them to do the work of ministry effectively. This is coincidental with the work of the army. To be enlisted in the military, you must go through five processes; recruitment, training, documentation, integration, and deployment. In the same way, the church, which is the army of God, must be well-organised to conduct effective warfare against the enemy.
