Fred- works with homeowner to design what they want...aluminum installers need to understand what is possible
-need to engineer the pool cage to tie into the existing roof
-tariffs have not hurt freds business, but the tarrifs are raising costs
-don't put pavers down before you build the cage, will raise costs
-before you start patio, check foundations, lot lines, obstructions...etc
-some government officials are not providing all the information to consumers, if you don't ask the right questions, you may not get correct info

Matt-team go offers finance first...there is a difference between pre-qualified and pre approved
-big banks used to have all the leverage, now smaller , local lenders like team go are able to compete, they can offer a new level of service
-3% down can get you in an investment...real estate offers one of the only places where you can do that
-seller concessions can create a structure that can allow you get into a deal in an unconventional way
