Episode 141. The Gift Of Struggle - In today’s episode, we talk about the gift of struggle. If any area of your life such as relationships, finances, career, health, ever felt difficult and you feel that you've struggled or is currently struggling with something, then I really hope that this reflective episode is going to be perfect for you!
I have personally been thinking about this topic and reflecting on the word struggle for quite some time, but I have also been reflecting on why, for some reason, I seem to prioritize struggle as the mechanism that I use every time I'm in the process of up-leveling in life.
Specifically for me, the areas of struggle have been on the field of career and health, and I find it interesting because as I reflect back, things always felt hard, difficult and messy. For me, struggle has served a purpose, and maybe you find yourself in the same place but you're just so tired of it!
You're tired of the struggle, you're tired of trying again and again and again, and not getting sustained results!
And it feels like there is a threshold that a lot of us women are in the midst of hitting but crossing through the threshold may feel quite difficult, painful, hard or confusing in some cases. But if you feel any urge or desire inside of you to create life from a more elevated place, a more joyous place in which you are inspired to pursue challenges rather than just be boggled down by the struggle of it all, then this episode is going to be very useful for you!
