Worcestershire County Council's Public Health Team gave grant funding to the counties district councils to work with VCSE organisations to collate ‘community stories’. The aim was to demonstrate the brilliant things going on in their communities that positively impact the health and wellbeing of their residents (both Public Health funded and not).
We aimed to demonstrate also how this work feeds into our Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
