In this 40-minute return episode, I’m taking a moment to reintroduce the show, reflect on where I’ve been, and share what’s been happening behind the scenes during the break. I’ll talk honestly about why I stepped away, including how mental health and personal relationships played a part in my absence, and why I needed time away before returning properly.
This episode is not a deep dive into everything, but it is an honest and brief explanation of what’s been going on, what the past year has taught me, and why now feels like the right time to bring the podcast back for 2026.
I’ll also be looking ahead, sharing my plans for the future of the show, what you can expect from upcoming episodes, and the direction I’m excited to take things in next.
