Tis the season for end of the year bonuses and the nanny groups are abustle with talk of this emotionally charged topic. So I brought on Nanny Counsel creator and owner, Brooke Weglarz, to talk us through all things bonus! We discuss ways everything from what is standard in our industry to include bonuses in a contract to how to handle it if you don't receive a bonus.
