We discuss arguably Chelsea's best performance and result of Lampard’s reign with the 1-0 win away in Amsterdam against Ajax on Wednesday night. The blend of experience and youth is beginning to pay off and Chelsea showed a tactical maturity as did Frank Lampard with his use of Pulisic and Batshuayi as impact subs.

Chelsea are showing an impressive rate of development under Frank Lampard and with 6 wins out of 6 – we’re on a roll, but against Ajax we were lucky to be on the right side of a VAR call when Promes' goal was called offside. We discuss whether VAR might not be so bad after all.

Looking ahead to Saturday's match against Burnley we talk to Chris Boden of the Burnley Express and discuss Burnley's great home record, but less so against Chelsea;  Ashley Barnes being the main threat, Burnley having deceptive quality but will they try to rough Chelsea up.

We round up by discussing Chelsea's great record against Burnley especially away which perhaps debunks the myth of ot being a perennially tough away trip and with Kante & Barkley unlikely to start, who will and after a tough run of games played at high energy does anyone need a rest?
