Love was most definitely in the air on Saturday as we enjoyed one of the best days of this doom laden season. For once the excellent pre and post-match was matched on the pitch as Chelsea romped home to an easy 5-1 win against Newcastle. But, were we really that good or were Newcastle quite simply abject? Has the Chelsea juggernaut turned round or will we be talking about our season being over on next week’s show. Maybe we should just enjoy the moment, like the first body tingling kiss of a new and exciting relationship.
On the show tonight we’ll be asking was this a good win for Chelsea or were Newcastle just easy pickings and while the front three maybe firing on all cylinders do we still have an issue in midfield?
