Wrapping up this mini-series about toxic traits on this episode. I am hoping that you enjoyed it and that you found some areas in your life for improvement. I am wrapping it up with 3 topics... not dwelling on the past and not worrying about the future, and stop spending so much time on technology.

I want to dive into a few things here in this episode. A few traits that, if not observed, can cause a lot of damage to ourselves and others. We have all seen others display these behaviors, but have we been able to admit we have too? We are all guilty of doing this at one time or another if we are truly being honest with ourselves. So here we go, our special list of toxic traits to for today is playing the victim, attention seeking, and seeking validation from others.

Yes, I am still on the toxic trait bandwagon. Sorry not sorry. We have all had that moment where we have that little pity party. If you have never had one, congrats. So in this episode, I am going over a few things in my personal life that caused me to go beyond that pity part. I went into a state of blaming others for my woes.

Today just going over a few toxic traits might not be my best episode, as I have been feeling a little under the weather. But I'm going over being overly competitive as well as being jealous.

On this episode, I dive into another toxic trait. Arrogance... But this time I am going to try and take it to a more positive side by comparing it to confidence.

On today's episode of Chat With Me, we are continuing with some toxic traits. But really looking into cheating, mainly cheating within a relationship. Also, touching on cheating in general, because who hasn't cheated on a test or at Monopoly?
