The mantra of our podcast is taking the lessons we learn from our challenges and implementing them into our life and one person who has truly lived that philosophy is Skye Hanley.

Skye is a self-proclaimed business badass and spiritual entrepreneur bringing the best of both worlds to business and her clients’ lives

Through Skye’s time working a variety of high level jobs Skye realised how stifled she felt. Wanting to build out high end signature programs that deeply touched people’s lives, Skye was boxed in by the old paradigms of the coaching industry.

This was also helped along by lessons she learnt from health and life challenges

In today’s episode Skye shares:

-      Her struggles with stress and how she changed her mindset to work on them

-      How a Multiple Sclerosis threw her planning out the window and how she moved beyond the diagnosis

-      Her tips for improving your health and mindset

Key Quotes

“If every time we stub out toe we lose our shit... then we're going to have a really fucking clunky life.”

“If I wanted my life to expand, if I wanted happiness… I was only going to receive them in proportion to how much courage I was willing to show up with.”

“If I am shoving things down and trying to not feel them or having toxicity build up in my mind then the only person that is going to hurt is me.”
