As you'll have heard across many episodes of the podcast, I am very passionate about the wellbeing of Ireland's children and our responsibility to ensure that we appropriately care for the most vulnerable of them. This obviously includes the thousands of children growing up in emergency accommodation across the country, as month after month homelessness figures rise. When I learned about the work Sinéad Ryan is doing to give children in emergency accommodation the chance to move and play in a way that isn't often offered to them, I was desperate to learn more. The result of that is today's conversation about her business Little Fitness and how vital it is that all children have the opportunity to flourish.
