Cariocca Enterprises
Wonderfully Made Woman
We talk to Ehinor and Veronica from the Wonderfully Made Woman charity, about the amazing work they have done in the last 10 years to support vulnerable women and girls in the African and Asian communities in Greater Manchester.
Hear about the cultural stigmas, challenges and adversity they face on a daily basis, which has exposed the dangerous lack of inclusivity within BAME communities in the UK, particularly during the last 12 months. Yet, they have continued to lead the organisation to success and support so many families, which has seen them be recipients of the prestigious Queens Award in 2020.
(This conversation includes discussions around domestic abuse and violence against women).
