Today we’re speaking to Adam Peaty MBE the 2016 Olympic champion, an eight-time world champion, a twelve-time European champion, three-time commonwealth champion and the most successful British swimmer in a single world championships. He has broken the world record 13 times and currently holds 3 world records, he is still only 25 years old. I hope you enjoy our conversation on resilience, dedication and mindset, Adam is a decorated athlete with the drive and determination to achieve more, he will certainly become one of the greats of our time.
